TT Academy provides online English lessons and educational services for children, teens, and adults around the world. Services are delivered via live video platforms such as Zoom.

2. Account Creation & Accuracy

To use our services, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

3. Lesson Credits & Payments

All lessons must be paid for in advance.

Purchased credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named at the time of purchase.

Credits expire 6 months from the purchase date. Unused credits after this period are forfeited and will not be refunded.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or expired credits, missed lessons, or scheduling errors.

4. Cancellations & Missed Lessons

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the client does not show up for the session, the full lesson fee will be charged and the credit will be marked as used.

If TT Academy needs to cancel a session, we will offer a full reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Conduct and Behavior

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during lessons. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruption may result in the termination of services without refund.

6. Ownership of Content

All teaching materials, content, and resources shared during lessons or hosted on our website are the intellectual property of TT Academy. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Internet connectivity issues on the client’s side

Missed lessons due to user error or technical failure

Any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our services

8. Updates to These Terms

TT Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
